Our company will provide Services to the Client per company standard policies and procedures. We will be responsible for all aspects of providing the Services. Webabridge Solutions may change its rules, policies and operating procedures from time to time in its sole discretion.

Charges and Payment

All charges for Services gave to the Client are expected and payable in full, ahead of time of the provision of Services. A Client can make payments to our organization with Mastercard or bank transfer.

Restriction of Liability

Webabridge Solutions Ptv Ltd will not be liable to the Client or any entity guaranteeing through or under the Client for any loss of benefit or other indirect, noteworthy, accidental, or harms, regardless of whether in an activity for agreement or tort, regarding this Agreement, even if Webabridge Solutions has been advised of the risk of such harms.


This Agreement comprises the whole understanding and agreement of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. An email correspondence sent to the Client's last realized email address will be deemed adequate notice of any such changes in this Agreement.
